Our management just decided we need ISO 14001 certification on top of our existing AS9100 and Nadcap workload. No additional headcount, obviously.
I have zero idea what we’re getting into cost-wise. The AS9100 surveillance alone already kills us every year and now this.
Did anyone add 14001 to an existing QMS without completely losing their mind? Curious whether the integrated audits actually save money or if that’s just something consultants say to sell you on it.
